A business center for delegates will be located on-site at the congress venue within the Secretariat area. Delegates will have access to photocopiers, fax machines, printers, stationery and computers with internet access.

    Fully searchable, web based Electronic Posters in PDF and PowerPoint format will be displayed on approximately 100 computers in an exhibit area for viewing by congress registrants.

    Two information desks strategically located at the congress venue near the entrances of the exhibition hall.

    20 LCD monitors will be located in the most visible and high-traffic areas of COEX. The monitor programming will run on a seven minute loop for 10 hours each day-displaying the loop more than 80 times each day.

    These stations conveniently placed throughout the congress venue offer attendees a chance to quickly recharge their phones or other mobile devices

    The press room will host representatives of Korean and international media covering the World Congress of Dermatology. This is an ideal opportunity for sponsors to increase visibility with both delegates and the media.

    Shuttle Bus Service USD 40,000 (Multiple sponsorship)

    Shuttle buses will be used extensively during the congress to transport delegates to and from the venue and their hotels. Each bus has capacity for 20-40 persons and will be highly visible both to delegates and the Seoul public.

  • Sponsor's name/logo/brand displayed prominently on bus exterior alongside WCD2011 brand on 20 buses

    All areas used by the congress will be signposted to allow delegates to move easily around the venue.
