Complete the Exhibition Application Form, which can be found in the back of this prospectus, and submit to the Congress Secretariat by e-mail to, or fax to +82-2-3476-8800, along with a 30% deposit.

Exhibition fees include:
· The use of the booth area during the five days of exhibition (including some after-hours access) and during the assembly and dismantling periods
· Three (3) exhibitor badges per nine (9) square meters of booth space (exhibitor badges do not grant access to scientific sessions). Additional exhibitor badges may be purchased at a rate of $25 per badge.
· Supply and installation of a modular shell scheme booth with carpet and sign, if less than 18 square meters of space is rented
· Information and coordinating services during booth assembly and dismantling periods and during the exhibition
· Company listing in the Final Program and Congress website
· Exhibitor contact details and company profile in the final Exhibition Directory
Fees do not include:
· Furniture, electricity, internet and telephone connections must be arranged separately by the exhibitor (information about recommended suppliers/providers will be available in the technical exhibit manual)
